## Specialized Career Opportunities at Tamaris Group
We are inviting applicants to fill several strategic positions across our corporate and operational divisions. Please review the qualifications below to determine the best fit for your professional background.
1. Investment & Commercial (TDP)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Consulting.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, business valuation, and financial projections. Experience with M&A, divestment, or energy sector infrastructure is highly preferred.
2. Risk Management (TDP)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Informatics, or Actuarial Science.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in Data Risk Analysis, Data Quality, or relevant fields.
* Core Competencies: Advanced skills in Python, R, and Excel. Proficiency in statistical modeling (ARIMA, LSTM, Machine Learning), database management, and risk assessment methodologies.
3. Project Planning & Control (PPC) Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.30).
* Experience: At least 2 years in Project Planning & Control.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in project execution, WBS creation, and scheduling software (Microsoft Project/Primavera). Strong analytical skills and professional English proficiency are mandatory.
4. IT Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Core Competencies: Knowledge of IoT devices, RMS systems, network security, and API integration. Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency is a significant advantage.
## Operational and Site-Based Positions
We are looking for dedicated technicians and operational staff to support our power plant locations across North Sumatra.
Technical & Maintenance Roles
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Requires 2 years of experience in power plants. Applicants must be aged 20–30 and ideally based in North Sumatra.
* Solar PV (PLTS) Technician: S1 in Electrical Engineering. Experience with solar panels, inverters, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is required.
* Solar PV (PLTS) Operator: SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Responsible for shift monitoring, system performance tracking, and maintaining strict safety protocols.
Administrative Support Roles
* Admin GA (Site PLTA Batu Gajah): Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of HR/GA experience. This is a 3-month contract position covering maternity leave; requires high organizational and documentation skills.
* Finance Admin (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, specifically within project or site environments.
