## Professional Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of production and environmental stewardship, candidates should possess the following expertise:
* Educational Background: A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Prior experience in palm oil plantations, specifically within tidal areas, is highly preferred.
* Specialized Expertise:
* Development Director/Land Clearing: Proven ability to manage new land development from both agronomic and infrastructure perspectives.
* Head of Administration: Expertise in managing estate administration, monthly reporting, financial closing, petty cash control, and inventory management.
* Estate Assistants: Proficiency in palm oil quality standards, nursery techniques from sowing to planting, and comprehensive land clearing practices.
* Traction Assistant: In-depth knowledge of spare parts, Vehicle Repair/Maintenance (VRA/WRA), and heavy equipment maintenance.
