Key Responsibilities of the HR Operations Staff

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless human resources functions while upholding the highest corporate standards. Core responsibilities include:

* Comprehensive HR Administration: Oversee daily operational facets of the hospital’s human resources department, strictly adhering to established Group HR standards, internal policies, local labor laws, and healthcare accreditation requirements.
* Full-Cycle Talent Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, manage staff contracts, execute smooth onboarding procedures, and foster positive employee relations.
* HRIS Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date staff records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database, ensuring that employment forms, professional licenses, and certifications are current while actively resolving any data discrepancies.
* Recruitment Logistics: Provide robust administrative support for talent acquisition, including interview scheduling, background checks, documentation, and contract finalization.
* Payroll Processing: Prepare meticulous monthly payroll reconciliations and summary reports, ensuring that all financial data is processed accurately and delivered on time to both the Head Office HR team and the Hospital Finance department.
* Employee Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Head of HR to brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging internal activities, team-building events, and workplace morale initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline, with a strong preference for Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.
