## Minimum Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this prestigious advisory position, applicants must meet a strict set of professional and academic criteria:
* Residency: Must be willing to reside within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional working experience.
* Academic Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree (S1)—with master's degrees (S2) receiving priority—from an accredited university with an "A" rating. Eligible majors include Law, Finance, Accounting, Development Economics, Health Economics, Social Welfare, Public Policy, Public Health, Communication Science, Sociology, or Statistics, maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
* Technical Competencies: Exceptional proficiency in advanced data processing tools, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel, alongside standard office suites and teleconferencing applications.

Mandatory Submission: Must submit an original policy paper (essay) addressing the theme "Social Security Towards Golden Indonesia 2045."* The paper must be strictly between 1 to 3 pages long, formatted in Arial size 11 with 1.5 line spacing, saved as a PDF (maximum file size of 1 MB), and named according to the format: `Name_Paper`.
