Additionally, develop competency certification programs, manage P2K3 implementations, and oversee shared service operations.

* Sr Officer I Environment & Waste Mgmt.
* Responsibilities: Direct Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) compliance by establishing management systems, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing performance reports. Oversee environmental monitoring programs, evaluate environmental quality, and implement robust pollution prevention and waste management protocols.

* Responsibilities: Process data and manage vessel vetting procedures concerning safety and commercial compliance. Issue Safety Approval Documents, plan and execute vessel inspections, evaluate vetting results, monitor document validity, and handle shared service operations.

Operations, Fleet, and Contract Management

* Officer Bunker & Agency Budgeting
* Responsibilities: Plan and execute bunker supply budgets and volume targets. Assist in evaluating bunker quotations, plan STS Bunker facility procurement, draft vessel desloping contracts, and manage payment documentation in alignment with business development strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Naval Architecture, Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred) with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience. Prior work experience in Ship Management and demonstrated budgeting proficiency are strongly preferred.

* Officer Settlement
* Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate commercial marketing activities, including market segmentation, value propositions, and channel strategy governance. Plan vessel utilization to maximize customer satisfaction and oversee the end-to-end billing collection process in compliance with company regulations.
* Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Naval Architecture with 5 years of experience (Bachelor's) or 4 years (Master's). Experience in shipping finance, administration, or logistics is essential, alongside a strong understanding of maritime regulations, taxation, and customs procedures.

* Officer Claim Non Performance
* Responsibilities: Verify data and documents for claim resolutions, analyze and calculate claim values for Slow Speed & Over Bunker (SSOB) and Slow Pumping & Over Bunker (SPOB) incidents. Conduct Vetting Plus inspections, Post Docking Surveys, Crew Screening, Tank Table verification, and overall vessel performance evaluations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Marine/Industrial Engineering, ANT/ATT, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Law, or Economics preferred) with 5 years of experience for Bachelor’s graduates or 4 years for Master’s graduates. Proven background in Fleet, Port, or Ship Management is required.

* Sr Officer Product Dom. I Ops. II
* Responsibilities: Implement, analyze, and optimize shipping routes and marine operations for Domestic Clean Petroleum products. Monitor vessel performance, review technical specifications of chartered vessels, initiate procurement requests, and issue voyage orders via CMS. Supervise daily operations, ETA tracking, port agent appointments, and cargo loading/unloading while managing in-service documentation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Marine, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Engineering, or ANT/ATT) with 7 years of experience (Bachelor’s) or 6 years (Master’s). Extensive background in Shipping Management, specifically within Marine or Shipping Operations.

* Officer Vessel Contract & Post Fixture
* Responsibilities: Manage standard and routine charter party agreements for domestic and international routes. Coordinate fixture recaps, identify legal issues, and handle dispute claims to optimize company performance and minimize operational losses.
