The Center for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA) serves as a vital pillar in society, providing essential advocacy, legal support, and psychological rehabilitation for victims of abuse. We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill various specialized roles aimed at safeguarding the rights and well-being of vulnerable women and children.
## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must adhere to the following baseline requirements to be considered for any position:
* Nationality and Integrity: Must be an Indonesian citizen who demonstrates loyalty to the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Republic of Indonesia.
* Physical Standards: Candidates must be free of tattoos and body piercings (excluding standard ear piercings for women, unless required by religious or customary tradition).
* Legal Standing: Must have a clean criminal record verified by a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Professional History: No history of dishonorable discharge from civil service (PNS), military (TNI), police (POLRI), state-owned enterprises (BUMN/BUMD), or previous private sector employers.
* Employment Status: Must not currently hold status as a government trainee (CPNS/PNS), student of an official government bonding program, or be involved in political parties.
* Flexibility and Health: Must be prepared for full-time commitment, including irregular hours when necessary. A certificate of good health from a public hospital (issued within three weeks of application) and an active BPJS Kesehatan membership are mandatory.
Note: Successful candidates must provide a drug-free certificate and open a Bank DKI savings account by January 10, 2026.
## Available Positions and Qualifications
The Jakarta Provincial PPA is accepting applications for the following expert and service roles:
Expert Personnel Roles
1. Victim Rights Fulfillment Expert: Requires a Master’s degree (S2) in Social Welfare, Law, or Political Science with at least 5 years of relevant field experience.
2. Clinical Psychologist: Requires a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, active SIPP and STR licenses, and at least 5 years of clinical experience.
3. IT Expert (7 Years Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with mastery in Laravel, MySQL, and system architecture.
4. IT Expert (3 Years Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with proficiency in data processing tools (SPSS, RStudio, WEKA) and modern programming languages (Python, Golang, SQL).
Service and Legal Support Roles
* Advocates: Minimum S1 in Law (Criminal Law preferred) with at least 2 years of experience and a valid Advocate card.
* Paralegals (General, Kepulauan Seribu, and URG/URC): S1 Law graduates. URC paralegals must possess a SIM A driving license and be available for on-call duties.
* Clinical Psychologists & Counselors: S1/S2 Psychology professionals with experience in providing therapeutic support for trauma survivors.
* Victim Support & Case Managers: S1 Social Welfare graduates with professional certification and a proven track record in case management.
* SAPA 129 Operators: Open to D3/S1 graduates with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate the SAPA 129 digital platform.
