The newly established Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment serves as a cornerstone of the Indonesian government's strategic vision. Tasked with synchronizing and overseeing cross-ministerial policies, this institution is vital to accelerating national development as outlined in the "Indonesia Emas 2045" roadmap. Established under the Red and White Cabinet by President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, the ministry operates under Presidential Regulation Number 146 of 2024 to execute the "Asta Cita" agenda effectively.

1. Photographer
The selected photographer will play a key role in capturing the essence of our ministry's outreach and operational efforts across the country.
* Documenting official ministry activities, both within and outside the capital city.
* Conceptualizing and executing creative photography sessions for various campaigns.
* Managing the post-production workflow, including selecting, editing, and timely delivery of high-quality images to the editorial team.
* A minimum of three years of professional photography experience.
* High levels of agility and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
* Strong visual storytelling skills and a solid understanding of multimedia requirements for press coverage.
2. Strategic Communication Staff
Our communication team is the bridge between our policy initiatives and the public. We are looking for a proactive individual to manage our narrative and media presence.
* Drafting, refining, and distributing press releases to ensure public awareness of ministry objectives.
* Developing and implementing comprehensive strategic communication plans.
* Cultivating and maintaining strong, professional relationships with media outlets and journalists.
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least two years of experience working as a journalist or reporter is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional fluency in both English and Indonesian.
