1. Electrical Foreman & Technician
The Electrical team is responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of critical power systems within the refinery.
* Supervision of Substation Equipment Energization (SEE).
* Conducting comprehensive testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
* Executing motor solo run tests and rigorous point-to-point line checks.
2. System Completion Pre-Comm Foreman
The System Completion team oversees the transition of plant equipment from construction to operational status.
* Supervising system completion workflows, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
* Leading the planning and execution phases of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
## Candidate Requirements
To maintain the high standards required for this National Strategic Project, all applicants must meet the following baseline qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or an equivalent degree.
* Sector Experience: Proven track record in the Oil & Gas or Power Plant engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry.
* Professional Tenure:
* Foreman Candidates: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity.
* Technician Candidates: A minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on technical experience.
