## Job Profile: Production Engineering
As a key member of our engineering division, you will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing workflows, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that our production lines meet the highest international standards of quality and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Production & Maintenance Scheduling: Formulate detailed production timelines and coordinate comprehensive machine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
* Daily Operations Control: Monitor and evaluate day-to-day manufacturing processes to guarantee output targets are met consistently.
* Efficiency Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of productivity and operational efficiency while proactively proposing performance enhancement programs.
* Standardization: Draft, review, and continuously update Work Instructions (WI) alongside critical manufacturing process parameters.
* Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Address production bottlenecks swiftly by executing rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
* Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive production performance reports backed by actionable recommendations for process optimization.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all operational workflows strictly adhere to established SOPs, quality benchmarks, and corporate safety policies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with related departments to ensure seamless synergy between production outputs and facility maintenance.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this demanding yet rewarding role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Production Engineering professional within the manufacturing sector.
* Quality Management Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation standards.
* Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency in conducting productivity analysis and measuring manufacturing process efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement: Practical background in deploying methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar process optimization frameworks.
* Technical Literacy: Comprehensive knowledge of general manufacturing procedures, production machinery fundamentals, and basic maintenance concepts.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving acumen, root cause analysis abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Data Management: Adept at data analysis, report generation, process recommendation drafting, and advanced utilization of Microsoft Office suite—particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Work Style: Capable of excelling both independently and within collaborative team environments.
