## Role Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team as Production Operators. In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing excellence, ensuring that our cutting-edge fiber optic products meet the high standards expected by our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to maintain operational excellence through precision and adherence to safety protocols. Core duties include:
* Machine Operation: Efficiently and safely manage production machinery to achieve daily output targets.
* Production Planning: Diligently execute tasks according to established schedules to meet volume requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor every stage of the production process, performing regular inspections to ensure all outputs align with strict quality benchmarks.
* Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine machine checks and essential cleaning to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including output data and incident reporting.
* HSE and 6S Compliance: Uphold the highest workplace safety standards, including the rigorous application of 6S methodologies and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
## Professional Qualifications

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
