## Open Positions
We are currently looking to fill key roles within our production and administrative departments. Below are the details for our active vacancies.
1. Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet our stringent quality standards.
* Perform operational tasks based on assigned areas, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provided work instructions.
* Prepare and maintain accurate daily production reports.
* Minimum education level of Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit to perform factory duties.
* Must not be color blind and must be free from dust allergies.
* High levels of precision, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment, willing to work in shifts, and available for overtime as needed.
* Able to join immediately and be based in Batang, Central Java.
2. HR Staff
Our Human Resources team is seeking an experienced professional to manage talent acquisition and administrative compliance to ensure the organizational health of our manufacturing facility.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
* Oversee the administration of foreign workers, ensuring all documentation and licensing comply with local government regulations.
* Provide comprehensive support for various HR initiatives to meet the company’s strategic goals.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Management is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
* Strong familiarity with labor laws and industrial regulations.
* Proficiency in using psychological testing tools is considered an advantage.
* Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) and highly effective communication skills.
* Fast learner who is detail-oriented and capable of performing under pressure.
* Prepared to join the team immediately and work at our Batang site.
