1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial expert, you will serve as the crucial link between our cutting-edge sanitation products and our clients' operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain optimal inventory levels at client sites, ensuring zero stockouts, monitoring expiration dates, and strictly enforcing the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory system.
* Manage and guarantee the availability of replacement spare parts whenever required.
* Deliver exceptional technical support, including live product demonstrations, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and training client staff on proper equipment and product usage in compliance with SOPs.
* Conduct regular client visits equipped with comprehensive toolkits and test kits.
* Perform thorough site surveys and draft detailed technical reports prior to any equipment or machinery installation.
* Execute professional installations while ensuring the workspace is impeccably clean upon completion.
* Encourage and remind clients to complete the Customer Satisfaction Form.
* Document and submit systematic daily activity reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar technical or commercial role.
2. IT Support Staff
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Staff member to maintain, secure, and optimize our corporate technology infrastructure and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and update the corporate website and internal company portals.
* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network systems.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues swiftly.
* Perform routine maintenance and physical cleaning of computers across all company departments.
* Ensure reliable data backups for financial systems (Accurate) and all critical corporate databases.
* Escalate severe IT infrastructure failures to senior management immediately.
* Compile inventory records and label company assets for reporting to the Finance & Administration Department.
* Assist with ad-hoc technological tasks and execute instructions from management as required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
