As a Marketing Team Supervisor, you will act as the driving force behind our promotional campaigns and field initiatives. Core Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will be expected to handle a diverse range of leadership and strategic duties, including:
* Team Leadership & Direction: Supervise, guide, and coordinate daily activities for marketing personnel to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
* Motivation & Engagement: Inspire the marketing team through continuous mentorship, fostering a high-energy culture focused on target achievement.
* Role Clarity: Communicate precise job descriptions, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance expectations clearly to every team member.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with upper management to formulate comprehensive marketing plans, promotional strategies, and outreach campaigns.
