1. Palm Oil Certification Manager

This strategic role requires a dedicated professional to spearhead compliance, audit preparations, and environmental management frameworks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement comprehensive work programs for palm oil certification in strict accordance with ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate workflows and consolidate certification data and reports from various cross-functional divisions.
* Oversee internal and external inspections, audits, environmental controls, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols.
* Lead preparation and provide direct accompaniment during internal and external ISPO and PROPER audits.
* Ensure all relevant legal regulations are consistently updated and strictly enforced across respective departments.
* Maintain transparent, effective communication channels with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Deliver thorough progress updates and coordinate operational reporting directly with Regional and Head Offices.

* Candidate Specifications:
* Willingness to be stationed at the Palm Oil Plantation in Merauke, Papua.
* Minimum education of a Diploma-III (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* Mandatory minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Palm Oil Certification Manager, or at least 5 years as an Assistant ISPO Certification Manager (backed by employment reference letters/parklaring).
* Possession of an ISPO Auditor Certificate (Permentan No. 11/2015 and/or Permentan No. 38/2020) serves as a strong priority.
* Solid working knowledge of AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), RKL-RPL (Environmental Management/Monitoring Plans), SMK3 (OHS Management System), and B3 Hazardous Waste Management (relevant training certificates should be attached).
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Palm Oil Mill (PKS) & Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) Supervisor

An analytical and hands-on technical role focused on maximizing processing efficiency, supervising machinery, and ensuring adherence to international manufacturing standards.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, strategize, and execute daily action plans to monitor the processing operations of CPO Mills and KCP units.
* Maintain meticulous, highly accurate logs and records of all operational activities within the mills.
* Lead troubleshooting and investigative procedures regarding mechanical, electrical, and operational anomalies in CPO Mills and KCP facilities.
* Ensure the seamless implementation of industry standards, including Halal certification systems, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and ISCC.
* Submit comprehensive, precise operational reports directly to the Manager.

* Candidate Specifications:
* Demonstrated mastery of mechanical and electrical engineering principles within palm oil processing facilities.
* Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD software.
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
* Certifications in Halal standards, OHSAS, ISO, HACCP, and/or ISCC related to Good Manufacturing Practices are considered a major advantage.
* Minimum Diploma-III (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy and mastery of Microsoft Office.
* Exhibits high integrity, discipline, accountability, creativity, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
* Candidates residing in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area are preferred.
* Work Location: Head Office (South Jakarta), with occasional business travel to operational mill sites as required.
3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP)

A detail-oriented financial and operational oversight position responsible for driving cost-efficiency and analyzing performance reports across processing units.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate comprehensive annual budgets for all CPO Mills and KCP facilities.
* Conduct rigorous monthly evaluations of operational work plans and mill budgets.
* Perform in-depth cost analyses to devise and execute strategies for enhanced financial efficiency in processing units.
* Monitor performance metrics and periodic financial reports of CPO Mills and KCP operations systematically.

* Candidate Specifications:
* Proficiency in SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as a Head Office Engineering Staff or Mill Controller Staff.
* Extensive, proven background in drafting budgets specifically for CPO Mills and KCP environments.
