## Current Job Opening: Admin Recruitment
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the Admin Recruitment position. This role is essential for supporting our human resources team in attracting, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent to drive our operational excellence on Obi Island.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including candidate database management and interview scheduling.
* Coordinate recruitment logistics, correspondence, and documentation with high accuracy.
* Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires deployed to the site.
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender: Female.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology or Management (candidates with degrees in these fields will be given preference).
* Certifications: Relevant supporting professional certifications will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven professional experience in an administrative role.
* Work Location: Willing to be stationed at the operational site in Kawasi, North Maluku.
* Special Requirement: Priority will be given to applicants holding an Identity Card (KTP) originating from North Maluku Province.
