## 1. Finance Administrative Assistant
As a Finance Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial health, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting smooth monetary operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record all payment activities, financial transactions, and corresponding supporting documents meticulously.
* Prepare petty cash reports and validate all administrative attachments.
* Execute company-related payment activities efficiently.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for both bank and petty cash transactions.
* Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and departmental budgets.
* Generate precise and timely financial reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a finance or administrative role.
* Solid grasp of fundamental finance and taxation principles.
* Prior experience with enterprise financial systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
* Research, implement, and validate state-of-the-art algorithms focusing on Personalization, NLP, and Generative AI using rigorous A/B testing methods.
* Develop predictive models and AI-driven products to optimize data insights, ad targeting, content recommendations, and business support systems.
* Handle large-scale datasets to build and refine data-driven media applications.
* Drive technological innovation by identifying new AI-powered opportunities tailored to our evolving business ecosystem.
Core Requirements:
* 2+ years of practical experience in ML engineering or AI development, covering feature engineering, model building, data processing, and statistical analysis.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
* Strong software engineering skills in Python or Java with a proven ability to write robust, scalable code.
* Proficiency in core data structures and at least one major ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
* Experience querying large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
* Demonstrated history of deploying user personalization systems or inference engines into production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of embedding techniques, retrieval algorithms, and vector database modeling.
* Practical familiarity with NLP and Generative AI frameworks like AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
* Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, with AWS preferred and GCP as a strong plus.
* Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

## 3. Accounting Officer
We need a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage daily financial accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our financial reporting integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare comprehensive financial statements in compliance with established accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and analyze data from diverse digital marketing campaigns to measure performance and guide strategic decisions.
* Monitor core metrics across digital channels, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing, while compiling performance reports.
* Identify recurring trends and patterns in data to assist marketing teams in planning highly efficient campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major (background in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within sales or marketing divisions.
* Advanced proficiency in manual data analytics tools and Microsoft Excel.
