## Open Positions and Requirements
We are currently recruiting for several key roles essential to our operational excellence. Please review the requirements below to determine your fit.
1. Warehouse Administrator
* Job Description: Manage inventory movement, maintain systematic data logs, generate goods receipt notes, and prepare routine administrative reports.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
* Must hold a COVID-19 booster vaccination certificate.
2. Senior R&D Staff (Drafter)
* Job Description: Conduct product research, compile technical research documentation, and manage collaborations with research institutions or universities.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office, Corel Draw, and 3D modeling software (Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
* Strong technical analysis skills and a deep understanding of automotive machinery.
3. Audit Staff
* Job Description: Perform structured audits to ensure procedural compliance across company operations.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Management.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Audit or Systems & Procedures (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 standards.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and analytical rigor.
4. Security Personnel
* Job Description: Maintain safety across the company premises, conduct body checks, and monitor all vehicle and inventory entries/exits.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* Must possess a certified Gada Pratama training certificate.
* Demonstrate strong discipline, leadership, and physical fitness.
* Must pass the physical screening and interview process.
5. Maintenance Operator
* Job Description: Execute routine and corrective maintenance on plant machinery.
* Qualifications:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably in Industrial Mechanical or Electronic Maintenance.
* Experience in mechanical-electrical systems is highly preferred.
* Hardworking, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.
