## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of operation, all prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) relevant to the applied position.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the same role is mandatory.
* Industry Knowledge: Proven work history within the coal mining sector is essential.
* Certifications:
* Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions require a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Welder positions require a professional Welding Certification (Sertifikasi Juru Las).
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mining operations, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities are required to thrive in a target-driven mining environment.
* Physical Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent physical condition and capable of working in remote operational areas.
