Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate employee databases and administrative records.
* Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration.
* Ensure timely and precise payroll processing.
* Oversee statutory compliance, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
* Handle PPH 21 tax calculations and employee attendance tracking.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, or HR Operations.
