1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding processes.
* Certifications: Possession of 3G-6G welding certification is a significant advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Tube and Hydraulic Rod welding.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize measurement tools (micrometers, calipers) and interpret engineering drawings.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering major preferred).
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using calipers and interpreting technical blueprints.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or general administration.
* Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparing professional price quotations.
* Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, agile learner with strong communication capabilities.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience, ideally within the pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of creating 2D and 3D technical drawings; skilled in using vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and technical schematics.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Minimum D3 in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in scheduling and monitoring production processes from raw material procurement to finished goods, as well as managing onsite project implementation.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
