## Job Profile: Utility Operator
As a Utility Operator, you will play a vital operational role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain equipment efficiency, support production targets, and uphold our strict workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain utility systems and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
* Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain accurate daily operational logs and reports regarding equipment status.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess the right blend of technical readiness, practical experience, and interpersonal skills.
* Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent vocational qualification.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience within a manufacturing environment in a relevant capacity.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
* Technical Literacy: Computer literate with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, highly adaptable, and capable of performing exceptionally well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Work Location: Cikarang, West Java.
