## Core Responsibilities of the HR Staff

As an HR Staff at PT Tanjung Power Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth internal operations and supporting the workforce. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide range of human resource functions:

* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment workflows and guide new hires through seamless onboarding procedures in alignment with company standards.
* Compensation & Benefits: Manage on-site employee remuneration accurately, ensuring complete and reliable HR records.
* HRIS Database Management: Maintain up-to-date and valid employee records within the Human Resources Information System database.
* Administrative Oversight: Handle healthcare administration, attendance tracking, official reference letters, manpower databases, and permits for expatriate and foreign workers.
* Training & Development: Plan, execute, and document employee growth initiatives—including competency assessments, training programs, certifications, and evaluations—while adhering to budgets and regulations.
* Corporate Events: Coordinate the preparation, execution, and documentation of internal company events based on the annual corporate calendar.
* Reporting: Compile comprehensive monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual HR reports to satisfy internal management, governmental, and lender standards.
* Safety & Compliance: Uphold K3LH protocols, departmental work instructions, and management systems to support the company’s core objective of achieving zero workplace accidents and zero environmental impact.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

To thrive in this dynamic role, applicants must meet specific educational, technical, and interpersonal criteria:

* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma III (D3) degree in any major, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Psychology. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic fresh graduates as well as professionals with 1 to 2 years of practical experience as an HR Staff or Administrator.
* Specialized Skills: Demonstrated expertise in recruitment processes and training facilitation will serve as a distinct advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Possess strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
