## Job Overview: Compensation & Benefit Staff
Taman Safari Batang is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefit Staff to join the human resources department. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless payroll operations, managing employee benefits, and supporting overall HR administration to ensure the workforce is well-supported.

## Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Compensation & Benefit Staff member, you will handle various critical HR functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:
* Payroll Administration: Accurately processing monthly payroll, overtime calculations, and attendance tracking.
* Benefits & Compliance: Managing employee benefits, social security programs (BPJS), and income tax calculations (PPh 21).
* HR Data Management: Maintaining precise employee records, managing HR administration, and generating comprehensive HR-related reports.

## General Requirements
