## Job Role: Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing lines and the quality of our textile output. We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced industrial environment.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Age Range: Between 20 and 40 years old.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 155 cm.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar production operator role is preferred; however, fresh graduates with high initiative are encouraged to apply.
* Communication: Proficiency in clear and effective professional communication.
* Health and Wellness: Must not be color blind and must have no visible tattoos.
