## Open Positions and Career Paths
We are currently recruiting motivated talent for several key departments. All positions require a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 and the willingness to be stationed at our site in Central Lampung or Tulang Bawang.
1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
* Drone Team: Manage field mapping, inspections, and documentation. Candidates must be skilled in equipment maintenance, flight regulation compliance, and data verification.
* Web Developer: Design and maintain secure, aesthetic, and functional websites. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL/NoSQL, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required.
* IoT Developer: Focus on hardware-software integration. Requires an Electrical Engineering background with a strong foundation in IoT applications.
2. Factory Operations
Our factory division operates six critical sections, including Mill & Boiler, Process House, Electric & Instrument, Engineering Service, Laboratory, and Factory Administration Services (FAS).
* Requirements: S1/D3 degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, Food Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
* Responsibilities: Ensuring the seamless production of high-quality sugar crystals through precise process monitoring, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
3. Plantation Division
