## Current Openings
We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our professional team across various departments. Below are the key roles currently available:
1. HRGA Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: 1–3 years in HR/General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing attendance, leave, BPJS, facility and vendor management, and employee welfare.
* Requirements: Understanding of ISO 9001/14001/13485 standards, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in material or production planning.
* Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Programmer Technician
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in programming; background in PCBA manufacturing is highly preferred.
4. Purchasing / Buyer Senior Officer
* Education: Diploma degree.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing; electronics manufacturing experience is an advantage.
* Skills: Expert negotiation capabilities, demand forecasting, and proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)
* Education: Diploma degree.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar manufacturing role.
* Knowledge: Expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949 standards.
6. SMT Supervisor
* Education: Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of SMT process experience in a manufacturing environment.
7. Sourcing Specialist
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement or sourcing, ideally within electronics manufacturing.
* Focus: Supplier development, cost analysis, and price negotiation using ERP/MRP systems.
8. Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer
* Education: Diploma degree.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar engineering capacity, with a specific focus on Wire Harness manufacturing.
