* Educational Background: Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma (D4/D3) in Engineering.
* Professional Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Bachelor's degree holders.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with critical control systems, including BPCS (Basic Process Control System), SIS (Safety Instrumented System), MCMS (Machinery Control Monitoring System), and FGS (Fire & Gas System).
* Experience with loop check/test procedures or Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for instrumentation equipment.
* Industry Exposure: Proven experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
