## Current Opening: Estate Accounting Officer Trainee
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our plantation administration team as an Estate Accounting Officer Trainee. This role is essential for ensuring the financial integrity and administrative efficiency of our estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of estate accounting and administrative tasks, including:
* Financial Documentation: Managing precise data entry for journal vouchers and overseeing comprehensive bookkeeping records.
* Reconciliation & Tax: Performing regular bank reconciliations and ensuring full compliance with prevailing tax regulations.
* Payroll & Logistics: Handling end-to-end payroll administration and monitoring warehouse inventory systems.
* Operational Reporting: Overseeing production and crop administration to ensure accurate tracking.
* Financial Oversight: Compiling and preparing the Trial Balance to assist in financial reporting.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Must hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting. Candidates from Public Universities (PTN) require a minimum GPA of 2.75, while those from Private Universities (PTS) require a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 30 years at the time of appointment.
