## Available Professional Roles
1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are seeking a detail-oriented analyst to manage and report on inbound, outbound, and inventory performance.
* Key Responsibilities: Compile operational data, identify performance trends, provide actionable insights, and design professional visual presentations using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or CorelDraw.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; fluency in English; and experience in logistics reporting.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan)
Lead our administrative efforts at the PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia site.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily site admin activities, manage documentation/filing, liaise with client representatives, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years of experience in administrative supervision; strong leadership skills; and professional proficiency in English and Indonesian.
3. Admin Project (Bintan)
A field-focused role requiring mobility and sharp coordination skills.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery documentation, conduct on-site cargo inspections during vessel unloading, report discrepancies or damages, and maintain clear communication with drivers and international project personnel.
* Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK/SMA) graduate; excellent English communication skills; proactive problem-solving ability; and experience in project logistics.
4. Warehouse PIC (Cibitung, MM2100)
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage receipt/dispatch processes, monitor stock levels, utilize WMS, and supervise warehouse performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain; 3+ years of inventory control experience; and fluency in English (Mandarin language skills are a plus).
## Warehouse Operations & Support Roles
We are also recruiting for essential operational positions to maintain our high standards of service.
Warehouse Team Roles
* Warehouse Helper: Assists with receiving, moving, and organizing stock within the warehouse.
* Warehouse Checker: Performs quality and quantity inspections, resolves stock discrepancies, and verifies shipping documentation.
* Warehouse Picker: Executes order fulfillment by accurately retrieving, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment based on system data.
* Forklift Operator: Operates Reach Trucks, Counter Balance, and Pallet Movers safely; requires a valid SIO/Forklift License and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Inventory Administration
* Inventory Admin (Medan): Manages inventory systems, performs monthly stock-taking, coordinates FIFO/LIFO procedures, and generates analytical reports to ensure supply chain efficiency. Requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
