## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer at PT Seagull Cooling Tower, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our advanced engineering solutions and our industrial clients. This position demands a blend of technical comprehension and commercial drive to expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver compelling technical presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of our industrial cooling products and services.
* Cultivate high-value sales leads, manage timely follow-ups, close contracts, negotiate pricing structures, and coordinate delivery logistics.
* Consult directly with clients and internal engineering teams to evaluate specific equipment needs and precise system requirements.
* Establish, track, and consistently achieve individual and team-oriented sales targets and revenue quotas.
* Identify operational bottlenecks, formulate strategic improvements, and present viable solutions to upper management.
* Capture market share by outperforming competitors and uncovering untapped commercial opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in any discipline (degrees in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields are strongly preferred).
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Exhibit complete professional fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication, sharp negotiation abilities, digital literacy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Our Project Management Staff members ensure that complex industrial installations and supply chains operate with absolute precision. In this role, you will oversee project lifecycles from initial planning to final handover, balancing financial budgets, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans, execution schedules, and milestone tracking frameworks.
* Oversee project budgets vigilantly while implementing effective problem-solving strategies for operational hurdles.
* Monitor cash flow trajectories and ensure that material deliveries—both local and international—alongside installation phases meet strict deadlines.
* Manage end-to-end import operations, including the thorough verification of shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, PIBs, and Certificates of Origin.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import regulations, post-border compliance (Lartas), SKA, FTA agreements, customs clearance procedures, and logistics frameworks.
* Analyze HS codes and interpret evolving customs regulations to maintain seamless supply chains.
* Coordinate with global suppliers to guarantee that all supplied materials satisfy strict quality and performance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
* Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related academic background.
* Bring prior working experience in HVAC, cooling towers, construction, or related industrial equipment sectors (fresh graduates with exceptional academic records are also encouraged to apply).
