## Eligibility Requirements
To ensure success within our specialized operations, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Agriculture, Forestry, Soil Science, Silviculture, or Forest Plant Breeding.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated high integrity, strong self-drive, and personal resilience in challenging work environments.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in remote areas, specifically within the Ogan Komering Ilir district of South Sumatra.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to commit to a mandatory 1.5-year service agreement upon hiring.
