Core Responsibilities
* Operational Training: Gain practical experience in dismantling, cleaning, and precision assembly of engine components.
* Precision Engineering: Master the use of high-accuracy measurement tools to ensure engine components meet rigid specifications.
* Troubleshooting: Develop technical acumen in diagnosing diesel engine system failures and implementing effective resolutions.
* HSE Commitment: Strictly uphold Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards with a zero-tolerance policy for safety deviations.
* Reporting: Proactively identify and report any unsafe conditions within the workshop environment to supervisory staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Possesses a Diploma (D3) in a related technical field or is a Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrates a proactive mindset with strong hands-on technical aptitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of communicating effectively in English.
* Passionate about heavy-duty diesel engine applications and mechanical repair.
