Established in June 2016, PT. Rainbow Tubulars Manufacture stands as a premier provider of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) specifically engineered for the energy sector. ## Current Openings
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles within our manufacturing facility:
1. PPIC Assistant Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
* Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in production planning, inventory control, supply chain management, and MRP. Must be adept at forecasting and coordinating cross-departmentally.
2. Electrical Technician
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Requirements: At least 1 year of experience. Must be proficient in reading electrical schematics and performing PLC fault diagnosis.
3. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin (read/write). This role acts as a bridge for technical operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. QC Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Requirements: 1 year of experience in quality control. Must have a deep understanding of API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, and 5B standards. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
5. Overhead Crane Operator
* Requirements: At least 1 year of warehouse experience. Must hold a valid, active SIO license.
6. Technical Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Requirements: Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Fluency in Mandarin is required, and candidates with a background in industrial internships are preferred.
7. Purchasing Supervisor
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement.
* Key Skills: Mastery of ERP systems (Accurate), contract management, and supplier evaluation. Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
8. Marketing Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing. Must possess knowledge of CIVD, logistics, and material procurement concepts within the manufacturing industry.
9. HSE Staff
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Engineering.
* Requirements: 3 years of experience. Must hold an active AK3U certification and have deep familiarity with JSA, HIRADC, and safe operational standards for high-risk industrial activities.
10. ESG Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* Requirements: 3 years in HSE/ESG roles. Expert knowledge of GRI standards, SDGs, TCFD, and internal auditing for environmental compliance.
11. Warehouse Supervisor
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse management. Must be well-versed in inventory management, ERP systems, and API manufacturing specifications.
