## Recruitment Officer: Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Recruitment Officer to join our Head Office in Jakarta. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying top-tier talent and streamlining our hiring lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Planning: Analyzing project requirements to develop effective sourcing strategies that align with project timelines.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to final selection and onboarding administration.
* Induction and Integration: Facilitating comprehensive induction programs to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles.
* Inter-departmental Collaboration: Partnering with relevant departments to synchronize hiring processes and meet organizational goals.
* Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate employee databases, managing filing systems, and performing quality checks on all recruitment documentation.
## Requirements for Success
