## Warehouse Staff Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a blend of logistical expertise, technical proficiency, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Core Competencies:
* Deep understanding of warehouse management principles and fundamental logistics concepts.
* Strong product knowledge regarding food handling and distribution.
* A comprehensive grasp of government regulations pertinent to the retail industry, including BPOM guidelines and transportation compliance.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage.
* Industry Insight: Prior experience in the retail sector or similar fast-paced industries is strongly preferred.
