## Join Our Team: Electrical Technician Vacancy
PT Pertamina Training & Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is essential for ensuring the operational integrity and safety of our refinery electrical systems.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our technical infrastructure through the following duties:
* System Maintenance: Perform commissioning, start-up, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems within the refinery.
* Operational Integrity: Regularly examine the condition and functionality of motors, MCC panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and grounding units.
* Maintenance Execution: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on established work orders and maintenance schedules.
* Technical Proficiency: Rapidly and safely address electrical issues while maintaining compliance with SOPs, Permit to Work protocols, and HSSE regulations.
* Reporting: Document all findings, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting outcomes, and equipment status updates accurately.
* Documentation Literacy: Review and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and complex technical electrical documentation.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Minimum education of SMA or SMK (Vocational High School).
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
* Proficiency in coupling and uncoupling electrical motors and gearboxes.
* Expertise in utilizing specialized electrical measurement tools.
* Strong analytical skills for efficient and safe electrical troubleshooting.
* Ability to read and explain Single Line Diagrams and electrical schematics.
* Strong foundation in basic electrical equipment principles.
* Currently residing in Balikpapan or surrounding areas.
* Willingness to be employed as a Outsourced Personnel (Tenaga Alih Daya/TAD).
