1. Cleaning Service – Pertamina Trans Kontinental Headquarters
This role is essential for maintaining the professional standards and operational comfort of our corporate environment.
* Perform routine and scheduled cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a pristine workspace.
* Ensure the pantry, meeting rooms, and office facilities remain neat, hygienic, and fully prepared for daily use.
* Manage waste disposal protocols and monitor the supply levels of cleaning materials.
* Report facility damage or environmental concerns to management immediately.
* Uphold the company’s standards for service excellence, safety, and workplace comfort.
* Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK).
* At least 6 months of professional experience in cleaning, office support, or general services.
* Proficiency in handling office cleaning equipment and knowledge of sanitation best practices.
* High level of integrity, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
* Must be willing to work as a contract-based employee (TAD) in North Jakarta.
2. Admin Collection (AR Backlog Clearing Specialist)
The Admin Collection role is a strategic position tasked with accelerating cash flow through the resolution of outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and backlog issues.
* Analyze and reconcile complex outstanding receivables, specifically targeting aging accounts exceeding 12 months.
* Audit and reconstruct missing or incomplete billing documentation to resolve administrative bottlenecks.
* Actively coordinate with clients and internal departments to settle billing disputes and expedite payment collections.
* Track and report on aging schedules, reconciliation progress, and cash-in metrics.
* Develop and recommend process improvements to prevent future payment backlogs.
* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information Systems.
* Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, debt collection, or financial reconciliation.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, characterized by a firm yet professional demeanor.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
* Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
