## The Role: HR Service Officer
As an HR Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our human resources operations. This position is essential for ensuring that our administrative processes remain seamless, supporting both our Head Office personnel and our diverse cinema site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will directly impact our operational success. Your core duties will include:
* Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire probation and employment contract process, including proactive monitoring and the timely execution of renewals.
* Administrative Documentation: Preparing and managing employment contracts, official HR correspondence, and various personnel-related documentation.
* Offboarding Support: Managing employee resignation data, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and calculating final leave entitlements.
* Operational Logistics: Coordinating business travel requirements, including securing transportation and hotel accommodations for Head Office staff.
* Engagement Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives across our cinema locations and corporate headquarters.
* General HR Support: Delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure all HR workflows remain timely and accurate.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual who possesses a strong foundation in HR administration and a commitment to professional excellence. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in HR Administration, HR Services, or a closely related function.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with a specific emphasis on Excel for data management.
* Operational Skills: High levels of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling smooth coordination across different departments.
* Logistical Readiness: Willingness to work on-site in Karawaci and a commitment to a 4-month temporary contract engagement.
