## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at Panca Budi, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high manufacturing standards. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide range of operational and logistical tasks designed to keep our supply chain moving smoothly:
* Machine Operation and Monitoring: Safely operate, oversee, and fine-tune production machinery to ensure optimal output and efficiency.
* Production Tracking: Accurately record and report daily manufacturing results, raw material consumption, and machine operating hours.
* Quality and Maintenance Reporting: Monitor product quality constantly and immediately report any defects, machine malfunctions, or operational bottlenecks to management.
* Facility Upkeep: Maintain impeccable organization and cleanliness standards around the Silo and tent warehouse zones.
* Inventory Verification: Conduct daily cross-checks comparing physical goods against production reports, and execute comprehensive monthly stock opnames.
Logistics and Shipping Management: Prepare outbound shipments by generating precise packing lists, ensuring that dispatched quantities strictly match the official delivery orders (surat jalan*).
* Supply Monitoring: Keep a close watch on consumable levels, such as ink and silo reserves, providing timely alerts when inventories run low.
* General Duties: Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors that align with company operations, subject to periodic reviews.
