* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Strong leadership capabilities and proven managerial experience.
* A target-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of achieving results.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Availability to work on a full-time basis.
* Willingness to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
