## Available Positions
We are hiring across multiple levels of our organization, ranging from technical operations to supervisory and administrative roles.
1. Operational & Technical Support Staff
* Roles: Technical Support, Sales, Mechanic, Electrician, Quality Control, Floor Operator, Forklift Operator, Loader Operator, Security Personnel, Loading Crew, and Truck Driver.
* Key Requirements:
* Educational background ranging from SMP to SMK (Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Welding, or Industrial Chemistry).
* Specific certifications required: SIO for heavy equipment operators, Gada Pratama for security, and a valid B1 driver’s license for truck drivers.
* Open to shift work and out-of-town assignments where applicable.
2. Administrative & Professional Staff
* Roles: Accounting & Finance, HRD, IT, R&D, Clinical Nurse, QMS Inspector, Process Control, Sales, HSE (K3L) Officer, and Maintenance Engineering.
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Psychology, Law, IT, Engineering (Civil/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical), or Public Health.
* Relevant professional certifications such as Hiperkes for medical staff or AK3 General for HSE officers are highly valued.
* Candidates must be ready to work in Demak, with some roles requiring availability for regional travel or shift rotations.
3. Supervisory & Foreman Positions
* Roles: Utility Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Mechanic Supervisor, Engineering Foreman, and Production Foreman.
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Industrial, or Chemical).
* Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 10 people.
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
