## Production Operator Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Production Oversight: Executing all manufacturing processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established quality benchmarks.
* Preparation: Coordinating necessary raw materials and equipment setup prior to the commencement of production cycles.
* Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining machinery according to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring production stages and ensuring all outputs meet internal requirements before submission to the Quality Control (QC) department.
* Documentation: Maintaining accurate production records, checklists, and documentation throughout your shift.
* Sample Management: Preparing and submitting paint samples from various production stages for rigorous laboratory inspection.
* Technical Support: Preparing finalized paint products to meet specific technical requirements or customer delivery specifications.
* Issue Reporting: Monitoring operational efficiency and promptly reporting any mechanical or process-related obstacles to management.
* Compliance: Adhering to all company policies, including rigorous Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to professional growth within the manufacturing sector. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum completion of SMA/SMU or an equivalent level of secondary education.
* Experience: Previous experience working within a factory or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Must be diligent, resilient, detail-oriented, and possess a high sense of personal responsibility.
* Safety Consciousness: A strong, proactive awareness regarding Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Technical Capability: Demonstrated ability to follow complex work instructions and strictly adhere to technical procedures.
* Physical Health: Applicants must not be colorblind.
