## Core Responsibilities of the Accountant Role
As an integral part of our finance department, you will manage day-to-day fiscal operations and ensure complete transparency across all business units. Your daily duties will encompass:
* Financial Recording: Accurately and punctually record all company transactions while maintaining comprehensive general journals, ledgers, and cash books.
* Report Generation: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Reports.
* Data Analysis: Evaluate financial reports to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to upper management.
* Reconciliation & Verification: Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and verify the authenticity of critical financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and billing statements.
* Tax Management: Calculate, document, and report corporate taxes (including VAT and income tax) while ensuring strict compliance with current tax regulations.
* Budgeting & Auditing: Assist with budget planning, monitor financial controls by comparing actual expenditures against forecasts, and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
* Record Keeping & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and maintain secure archives of financial documents for effortless retrieval, while coordinating seamlessly with the purchasing, HR, and finance departments.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this esteemed position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
2. Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience in accounting or financial management.
