We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our technical team. Based in Sidoarjo, these roles require a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to industrial challenges.
1. Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our clients' electrical infrastructure.
* Conducting site surveys and technical assessments.
* Performing rigorous equipment testing and comprehensive reporting.
* Managing the maintenance and calibration of technical tools.
* Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (Minimum Vocational High School/SMK).
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, including Wiring Diagrams and Single Line Diagrams.
* Demonstrable expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels and Busbar systems.
* Active K3 Electrical certification is highly preferred.
* Availability to commence employment in November 2026, with a willingness to accommodate overtime requirements.
2. Automation Technician
Our Automation Technicians are at the forefront of implementing advanced control systems that keep modern industries running at peak performance.
* Performing technical site reviews and contributing to project planning.
* Executing end-to-end project tasks, including supervision, programming, testing, and commissioning.
* Documenting all project milestones and final results.
* Educational background in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field (Minimum Vocational High School/SMK).
* 1–2 years of experience working as a Field Technician on industrial projects.
* Solid understanding of PLC systems, SCADA architecture, and industrial instrument calibration.
* Capability to perform troubleshooting on motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
* Availability to commence employment in November 2026, with flexibility for project-based overtime.
