Role Overview: Production Operator
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to the assembly and quality assurance processes that define the Mitsubishi brand. You will work within our Pulo Gadung facility, adhering to safety protocols and operational efficiency standards.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Age Range: Must be between 18 years and 0 months up to 25 years and 11 months as of May 1, 2025.
* Educational Background: Minimum qualification of a vocational high school diploma (SMK), Senior High School (SMA), or Islamic Senior High School (MA).
* Physical and Mental Health: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental condition to meet the demands of a factory environment.
* Employment Status: Successful candidates will be hired through a partner outsourcing agency. Please note that this is not a direct PKWT contract with PT MKM; all employment agreements will be managed directly with our appointed outsourcing partner.
* Compliance: Applicants must be willing to undergo all stages of the selection process and complete the administrative requirements stipulated by the outsourcing agency.
* Contract Type: Candidates must be prepared to work under a monthly contract system.
