## Engineering & Technical Roles
1. Lean Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Drive organizational manufacturing excellence by spearheading cost-reduction initiatives using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Identify and implement process optimizations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, strong project management skills, and experience in Lean or Kaizen manufacturing environments.
2. Process Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Design and supervise the development of high-quality line tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Focus on advancing automation and standardizing processes across sister plants.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in CAD, PLC programming, pneumatics, and machining processes is essential.
3. Industrial Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Establish efficient production workflows, design assembly workstations, and manage plant layout. Conduct capacity planning and implement shop-floor automation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Technical competence in AutoCAD and basic automation control is required.

5. Product Engineer

## Operations & Supply Chain Roles
6. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Manage shift production, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards while eliminating non-value-added activities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Prior experience in manufacturing production and the ability to lead teams in a shift-based environment are required.
7. Material Planner
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee procurement and material flow. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance and resolve quality or quantity discrepancies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management. 2–3 years of experience with MRP/ERP systems and data analysis tools.
8. Equipment & Facility Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Manage preventive maintenance schedules, control budgets for spare parts, and lead maintenance teams to optimize machine uptime.
* Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Expertise in PLC, pneumatics, and hydraulics is necessary.
9. Indirect Buyer
* Key Responsibilities: Handle procurement for non-production goods and services, manage supplier relationships, and ensure all purchases align with company policies and budget targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with experience in procurement systems and strong negotiation skills.
## Technical Support Roles
10. Technician
* Key Responsibilities: Perform critical technical maintenance and operation tasks on the production floor.
* Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Multimedia. Must have 3+ years of experience, including proficiency in PLC, printing machinery, or SolidWorks. Must be willing to work on a shift basis in Cikarang.
