Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our site-based human resources team, your daily duties will encompass a comprehensive range of administrative and operational functions:
* Attendance & Roster Oversight: Accurately track and monitor staff attendance records, approved leaves, overtime calculations, and complex rotation schedules.
* Data Integrity & Documentation: Maintain meticulously organized employee databases and safeguard confidential HR documentation.
* Payroll & Administrative Support: Facilitate seamless HR administrative workflows and collaborate closely with finance teams on payroll processing.
* Mobilization Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive roster arrangements, seamless employee travel mobilization, and site-specific administrative protocols.
* Vendor Management: Process administrative documentation and monitor vendor compliance concerning internal company policies, statutory labor laws, and contractual obligations.
* Reporting & Compliance: Generate structured HR reports, ensure the prompt submission of required statutory documents, and uphold strict adherence to corporate governance standards.
* Employee Relations: Deliver responsive, day-to-day HR support to on-site personnel and operational management teams.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HR administration, with prior exposure to the mining or heavy industry sector considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate solid familiarity with workforce attendance tracking, roster management, payroll workflows, and comprehensive HR record-keeping.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a firm understanding of Indonesian labor legislation, payroll taxation frameworks, and BPJS administration.
* Software Skills: Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel data management.

* Work Arrangement: Demonstrate full readiness to be stationed at a remote mining site operating under a rotational roster system (10 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
