## 1. Electrical Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Technician to support our operational infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and safety of our electrical systems.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum educational background of a Vocational High School (SMK) specializing in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
* Solid foundational understanding of strong and weak current electrical systems, wiring installations, and electrical panels.
* Proficiency in utilizing electrical measurement tools such as multimeters and clamp meters.
* Proven ability to execute electrical installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting repairs.
* Capable of performing effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Possesses strong communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts when required.
* Strict adherence to occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
* Physically and mentally fit to perform technical duties.
## 2. Corporate Strategy Planning Assistant
We are looking for an analytical and forward-thinking Corporate Strategy Planning Assistant to join our corporate office. This role plays a vital part in shaping our financial strategies and evaluating investment opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering, with a strong preference for Finance and Accounting majors.
* 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business Consulting, or Business Development (exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis techniques, including DCF, IRR, NPV, and Payback Period calculations, alongside feasibility study formulation.
* Expert-level command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Bloomberg, Reuters, or standard accounting software is a distinct advantage.
* Working knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) coupled with the ability to conduct market research, cost structure analysis, and risk assessments.
* Exceptional analytical mindset, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the capability to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Professional certifications such as CFA Level 1, FMVA, or other recognized investment analysis credentials will be viewed favorably.
