## Core Responsibilities of the QC Operator
The Quality Control department is the heartbeat of our manufacturing process. As an operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our stringent quality standards through the following tasks:
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all QC testing equipment is functioning at peak performance.
* Calibration: Manage the routine calibration of spectrophotometers and conduct daily functionality checks on all measurement tools.
* Sampling and Inspection: Perform precise resin sampling and evaluate product color accuracy against strict established standards.
* Color Correction: Implement necessary modifications and adjustments to color formulations when deviations are detected.
* Material Analysis: Conduct thorough examinations of ASH content within our resin products.
* Documentation: Compile and submit comprehensive daily reports detailing all inspection findings and quality status updates.
## Essential Skills and Competencies

* Technical Proficiency: Strong background in color matching techniques and the operational mechanics of injection molding machines.
* Analytical Equipment: Experience in operating specialized color measurement instruments and their associated software suites.
* Digital Literacy: High level of competence in computer operations, specifically within the Microsoft Office suite.
* Detail Orientation: A sharp eye for detail, the ability to meet rigorous production targets, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
* Compliance Awareness: A foundational understanding of Quality Control principles, industry-standard color matching, and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) protocols.

2. Standards Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding or exposure to ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards.
3. Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, previous professional experience in a QC environment will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
