## Role Overview: Admin Operation
As an Admin Operation at Linsa, you will play a pivotal backbone role in sustaining our daily maritime activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all administrative workflows—including critical vessel spare part requisitions and maintenance requests—are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks supporting vessel operations.
* Coordinate and process requests for ship spare parts and necessary repairs efficiently.
* Maintain organized digital and physical documentation to support logistics audits.
* Collaborate closely with onboard and onshore teams to resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma III (D3) degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (highly encouraging fresh graduates with proven internship backgrounds to apply).
* Industry Advantage: Prior exposure or background in maritime logistics will be considered a strong competitive advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional teamwork capabilities, rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the resilience to thrive under high-pressure environments.
* Availability: Prepared to join our operations as soon as possible.
